Embercraft - Smoked Rice Yamahai Sake

As part of my Emerald Mastodon Sake Project I experimented with some different cooking methods for the rice. This one I did a combination of smoking and steaming the rice.

I wanted the imagery to combine a lot of smokey imagery to pay homage to the North Carolina pit master that helped me smoke the rice. Though the smoke notes aren't that strong in the sake, it still plays well.
